I used to teach both Chemistry and Biology at a well-known academy, S.H.
Because I wrote here quite often about teaching Biology, I have received many Biology inquiries.
However, I now teach Chemistry exclusively and put all my effort into that subject.
After giving it some thought, I brought in a friend. She is an international-school teacher.
She teaches IB, AP, and SAT Biology.
She has plenty of experience, and above all, students often tell me she teaches well. Haha.
I realized early on that teaching two or more subjects on my own was beyond what I could manage, so I gave up that idea.
Even with Chemistry as my only subject, there is unfortunately still so much to do. Yesterday, I was working hard on IA material again…
Every time I work on it, I feel how much more I need to study myself.

Oh, and students have started receiving acceptances, beginning with Korea University. Right now we have those results and are eagerly waiting for Seoul National University’s announcement.

This student has been accepted everywhere they applied, but is still studying with me to get into SNU. Somehow, lately they seem to be working
even harder. It is really impressive. Haha.
I keep telling them that I believe they can get into SNU. I truly hope many of my students receive offers.
