IB Economics:
– Because strong conceptual foundations and consistent review are especially important in IB Economics, most lesson time will focus on explaining and organizing concepts.
– Students will complete practice questions and past papers outside lessons; I will check their work and review mistakes.

Teaching style:
1) I will explain each topic carefully using three core resources: the textbook, slides, and concept-summary notes.
2) After building secure conceptual foundations for a topic, we will work through questions and check and explain mistakes.
3) Once we have covered the concepts and worked through past papers across all topics, I will focus on identifying and explaining remaining gaps.
4) Regular tests and discussions will provide specific feedback and guide students toward more efficient study.
I will share useful tips I learned through my own IB studies to help students study efficiently.
I will be a patient, approachable mentor so students feel completely comfortable asking about anything they don't know or find difficult.
Finally, after explaining a concept, I will reverse the roles: the student becomes the mentor and I become the learner. This teaching method is one of my most important study tips and helps students understand concepts well enough to explain them independently.
